The Digital Strategy Network (DSN) is a network of digitally focused followers of Christ, striving “to glorify God by developing indigenous movements of reproducing churches among least-reached people groups. Bringing together missions-minded technology professionals in Alliance churches and digitally minded International Workers around the world, we seek to identify opportunities and remove obstacles in our work among the least reached, using innovative solutions.” The Digital Strategy Team provides a stable core for the DSN.
Description
The Digital Strategy Team is based in Chiang Mai but works in a hybrid work environment with IWs around the world.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in project management, development, and research of digital solutions for teams within GM. They will work with personnel and teams to advance their understanding of the digital landscape in their context and how digital solutions can extend and expand ministry reach. They may at times work as the liaison between the teams and a volunteer tech developer to help with the implementation of the digital strategy. Project management and communication with (and translation between) tech and non-tech people are key to this role.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree – Preferably in a tech related field such as computer science, software engineering, IT, cybersecurity, or management information systems
