Train the Trainers desires to strategically reach out to least-reached peoples in the Asian Spice region and effectively share the Gospel in areas where foreign mission organizations are restricted to go.

Bible College graduates and pastors who originally come from various people groups are sent back to minister and plant churches among their own people. The plan is to work with the participating Bible Colleges and Training Centers to equip their students with a missional vision.

Sending international workers to reach into these places is difficult; however, this strategy to train the trainers is effective and fruitful in this limited access context. Multiplying trainers will take place through disciple-making in the local Bible colleges and partnership with churches. A selected strategic group of graduates will become Pastor Apprentices, with the project providing financial support for the planting of churches.
