University Drive Alliance Church (UDAC) is a growing, multi-generational congregation with attendance averaging over 400 people weekly. We are a vibrant church for the city, igniting hope and transformation and empowering everyone to courageously follow Jesus. Strategically located across the road from one of Alberta’s largest universities, we strive to be a church that gives generously to our surrounding community.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Pastor to provide spiritual leadership and vision for our church family.

Position Summary:

In conjunction with the Board of Elders, the Lead Pastor will be responsible for the overall ministry and vision of the church. This includes preaching and teaching, providing pastoral care, developing and implementing ministry strategies, and equipping and empowering church leadership and members.
