The vision of the Silk Road Advocacy project is to build supportive prayer partnerships in order see God’s kingdom manifested all across the Silk Road region and international workers encouraged and spurred on in their individual calls. “And he said to them, “This kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer” (Mark 9:29). In the work across the region, a spiritual battle rages and prayer teams are needed to plow and prepare the ground for the work He will accomplish.

The team is a bridge between the church in Canada and the workers in the region. This is an opportunity to build relationships and be a place of embrace when workers are on home assignment. As the team shares what God is doing, it creates the opportunity for others to be encouraged and potentially be called to ministry.  This initiative engages believers in focused kingdom prayer advancement mobilizing the church for God’s mission while building a deep understanding and heart for workers serving globally.
