Quebec Glorious Alliance is a New Venture taking shape in Quebec City, QC.

Over 2000 immigrants from Chinese-speaking regions to Canada call Quebec City home. When he heard of the presence of the Chinese diaspora in this region, Daniel Fong was compelled to respond to the call.

Now, in partnership with the St. Lawrence District and the CCACA, Daniel is leading this New Venture. His vision is to establish this New Venture in Quebec City to serve 2nd generation immigrants in Chinese, English, and French and use it as a hub to reach out to the surrounding areas.
