Current Priorities

My priority is to prepare for my upcoming transition from Vancouver to Panama, establish a good relationship with the least-reached people groups and the Field Leadership Team, and to have wisdom for studying Spanish.

Least-Reached People Group

I am joining the Field Lead Team who are working with the Chinese Alliance Churches in Panama

Vision

As in the Scripture of 2 Timothy 2:2, I long to see some local believers who can be entrusted, become church leaders, will be able to teach, and will bring more people to follow Jesus. I will serve in church planting development and make disciples in least-reached places.

Bio

In 1975, I received Christ as my Saviour, and in 1992 I truly committed my life to Christ. It has been 14 years since God first called me to serve in Panama. What began as a short-term mission trip in 2007, eventually turned into several visits over the following years. Now 14 years later, I will be returning to Panama for two years. God has always placed the burden of missions on my heart. At the Joint Mission Conference in 2015, I responded to His calling to become a missionary. My willingness to be involved in missions has never changed. I will work alongside the team to assist the ministry of Chinese Alliance Churches in Panama, provide leadership development, and assist in engaging least-reached people with the Gospel. This is the next step to walk with God in faith, allowing God to use me for His glory in Panama.

Prayer Requests

Pray for God’s guidance to open doors for the Gospel in Panama City and its neighbouring towns.

Pray for dynamic and relevant ministries to the next generations.

Pray for us (the Lead Team) to see from God’s perspective and finish well.
