International Workers

Current Priorities

Currently we are helping train leaders and disciple a new generation of believers from several North African LRPGs. Jen is also active in community development helping equip and support new moms in childbirth and breastfeeding. In all things we seek to develop relationships with those around us in the hope of sharing Christ’s love and providing opportunity to share of His saving grace.

Team

Least-Reached People Group

We work with a unique group of LRPG’s called North Africans.  You can learn more about North Africans by visiting our LRPG page.

Vision

Develop friendships with the local people and through spiritual conversations introduce them to the redemptive story of Jesus Christ. We long to see a movement amongst our LRPG of Jesus followers who are Christ‐centred, Spirit‐ empowered, and mission‐focused.

Bio

Both Jen and Dave grew up in the church and developed a vibrant faith in Jesus from childhood. As adults, they chose to be baptized confirming the faith and relationship with Jesus that they grew up with. In their childhoods, they were regularly exposed to international workers (IWs) who would share their stories and pictures from around the world. By early adulthood, they both felt God’s call on their lives but in different ways. Jen felt called to international work and Dave felt called to the pastorate. After graduating from Ambrose, they served at an Alliance church and would often meet with IWs and leaders from Global Ministries. In 2012, GM approached Dave and Jen with a wonderful opportunity to serve in the Sand as both pastor and IW. It was the perfect union of both of their callings.

Prayer Requests

Pray that the new generation of believers we are working with would grow to full maturity and plant reproducing churches.

Pray that the training and education that Jen provides in childbirth and breastfeeding would spread throughout North Africa improving the health and care of mothers and babies for generations to come.
