The vision of this project is to see godly young men and women equipped with knowledge and skills to effectively serve God and their fellow Cambodians in their local settings while maintaining jobs required to earn wages needed to support themselves and their families. Emerging leaders will be equipped to return to their communities and places of ministry with practical means to open classes, provide an income while also providing an avenue to reach and impact their community with the message of the Gospel.

Through English training and computer skill development, it serves to be a catalyst in the development of indigenous groups of reproducing churches among the least-reached.
